"It is a great feeling to have had a big effect on my residents.  I like that I can look back over the year and see how much they have grown since August and to know that I have played a big part of that."
- Marc, First Year RA

"Being an RA has been one of the best experiences I've had at college! You work hard, but you play just as much if not more. It is the most unique job I've ever had and I have been so grateful for this opportunity."
- Carrie,  Second Year RA

Senior Resident Assistant (SRAs)

The Senior RA job is a crucial part of our Residential Life system. SRAs assist the Hall Director in each of our large halls with staff supervision and training as well as advising the hall council. This is a great opportunity for students who are looking into the Student Affairs field or just looking to increase their leadership skills.

"Being an SRA has given me the opportunity to help teach and develop an RA staff from my prior experiences as an RA, but has also allowed me to learn, improve, and build on skills that I have obtained and will help me greatly after graduation." Matt Pratte

"Being an SRA is like being the tape at the end of a shoe lace. The RAs hold the shoe together and the SRA helps keep the lace from fraying! It is a pretty cool job and as awesome as the places the shoes see." Gilly Barbato
